In addition your use of this Web store after such changes constitutes your acceptance and agreement to every changes.

ORDER POLICY

You can order any of our products as long as they are still available. High demand product may sell out real quick. Please note that items in your shopping bag are not automatically reserved by you, you have to proceed to ‘CHECK OUT’ step to make sure your purchased the product.

We have made every effort to display the information and color of our products that appear on the Web store as accurate as possible. However due to the inconsistency of the display color of every computer monitors, colors MAY appear differently.

Please note that we DON’T provide any alternation and any sort of custom design or custom sizing.

We are trying our best to make a best Qipao pattern that fits you comfortably, however every woman’s body curve is unique and different.

So, should you wish to further flaunt your elegant womanly figure in our SISSAE Qipao, you may consult to your personal tailor to make a slight alternation to make it fit more beautifully on your figure.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from sisSae are made pursuant to shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

SISSAE are committed to maintaining your privacy. Any information you submit to us will not be misused or sold to other parties. We will only use your personal information to complete your order.

You MAY NOT copy, display, reproduce, publish and sell any content within this web store. You are also prohibited to use our content for any advertising and commercial use for your own website or webstore.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. We can not exchange the item purchased because of the dislike of the color or style. We have tried our best to give the most accurate colors displayed in the web store. However due to the inconsistency of the display color of every computer monitors, colors MAY appear differently.

2. We will ONLY allow exchanges if the item received is damaged

3. If the item that you wish to exchange are no longer in stock. We will provide a store credits to you or refund your purchases in full amount to the designated account number you provide.

4. You should email us within 2 working days after received your order. Please provide us with the reason of exchange or refund the items.

5. We will respond to your email and ONLY after you get the email response that you can return the item. We will provide the designated address located in Jakarta.

6. Please allow one week to proceed your refund or exchange.

7. If the sizes you wish to exchange not in stock, we need 2-3 weeks to produce your desired sizes.

8. Refunds will be sent via Bank transfer for domestic customer or Western Union for international customer. We are not responsible in taxes or duties charges for international customer.

SHIPPING POLICY

1. We do not responsible in risk of loss of the package after TIKI delivers to the address

2. We do not take responsibility if TIKI can’t deliver the package in time due to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address. Please check your TIKI shipping code in your email and call TIKI customer service at 021 – 500 125 to deal with the problem.
