ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED IN INDONESIA ?

Yes all of our product are originally design by SISSAE and manufactured in Jakarta by our qualified and well trained team. All of the embroidery and chinese knot button are hand made to bring you a high quality Qipao. However we mainly use imported fabric and material.

WILL OUR SOLD OUT ITEMS BACK IN STOCK ?

Usually once the item sold out, we won’t produce anymore. But if the product is highly demanded by the customer we would reconsider. Click the "Notify Me" link to get updates of the product you would like to be re-stock.

Yes, we do ship overseas by International Courier

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ?

You can not cancel your order after submitting. Please do review your shopping bag before submitting an order.

 

CAN I ADD AN ITEM TO MY ORDER AFTER I SUBMIT AN ORDER ?

Unfortunately not, you will need to place a new order for anything else that you want to purchase.

 

WHY ARE MY ORDER CANCELLED ?

Maximum payment for an order is 2x24 hrs after order have been placed. If payment has not been completed after the time limit, the order will be canceled automatically.

 

CAN I GET MY ORDER EARLIER THAN THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME ?

Unfortunately you can't. Because we need time to check your payment, quality control and pack your order.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE RECEIVE THE PACKAGE BUT THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE PRODUCT ?
